MMK appoints Head of Strategy

Sophie Caswell to join in June

Normally our articles are about cool stuff we've found on the web, but this time we're making an announcement.

In June we'll be joined by Sophie Caswell, who will be coming on board as Head of Strategy. She'll be joining us from Starcom MediaVest Group where she is currently part of the senior management team, and will make sure that we continue to push innovation and excellent marketing.

Sophie has an extensive and successful background in marketing. Starting at Leo Burnett as a planner, she moved to Carat where she was Client Director and on the board of Carat before the age of 30. After Carat she moved over to Starcom. The list of clients she's worked on is like a who's who of the big brand world: Mercedes, Dell, Abbey, Debenhams, Haagen Daz.

For MMK it means we have an extra clever head to help clients solve their problems. Someone who has experience from a range of sectors, and is used to having to be creative, imaginative, and coming up with market shaping propositions. This is obviously a very good thing for our clients.

We're terribly excited to get someone like Sophie to come and work with us at MMK, and think it will make a big difference to the work we put out.
